EXCELSIOR COTTAGE
Spacious, secluded with the added charm of sitting on an old family farmstead.
Excelsior is named in honor of the one room schoolhouse once
located on the old farmstead property.
This secluded, two-story cottage, nestled in a curve of Bear Creek with the original old barn and wagon shed, provides a very quiet and picturesque getaway.
You also have access to the lake for pedal boating, fishing, tubing or just relaxing by the water!
Amenities: Excelsior Cottage's main floor is an open floor plan where friends and family can take advantage of the living, dining and kitchen area which accesses large decks and covered porch. The rustic wooden ceilings, complete with hand hewn timbers and beams, add to the farmhouse charm of this modern house.
Living room w/electric log fireplace, Wi-Fi, Smart streaming TV w/DVD player, Wireless Bluetooth speaker/radio, heat pump w/central a/c, full bath upstairs w/half bath downstairs, full size stack washer/dryer. Two Bedrooms upstairs - both w/queen size beds. Upon request there is a 3rd bedroom on the first floor with a queen size bed. This cottage has three large decks (one with hot tub), and a large front porch with chairs. A charcoal grill in the front yard and a carport completes this lovely cottage.
