Take a short walk or bike ride, (2 bikes provided) to the property's private 3 acre lake for pedal boating, fishing, tubing, or relaxing on the fishing dock!
The gas fireplace in the bedroom, electric baseboard heat, and air conditioning keeps the cottage comfortable year-round.
And of course you'll want to enjoy Sophronia's hot tub on the bedroom deck !
The cozy bedroom has a queen size bed with a great view of the gas fireplace and the full bath is equipped with a shower.
All bed, bath and kitchen linens are provided.
The kitchen is fully furnished and has an electric range w/oven, microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, refrigerator, and a full size washer/dryer. Other amenities include Wi-Fi and TV w/Streaming DVD player, to view your favorite apps.

With refundable $100. pet deposit your dog is welcome to join you at Green Valley. Simply mail a check for that amount to the address that will be included in your reservation confirmation. After your departure and everything is found to be clean and undamaged, your check will be destroyed.

Cancellation Policy : In the event of cancellation, guests are responsible to the owner for the full amount of the rental deposit. If other guests book the dates, the deposit will be returned.
